5 The sons of Yapheth; Gimer, and Magog, and Madai, and Yavan, and Tubal, and Meshek, and Thiyrac.
6 And the sons of Gimer; Ashkenaz, and Riyphath, and Togarmah.
7 And the sons of Yavan; Eliyshah, and Tarshiysh, Kittiym, and Dodaniym.
8 The sons of Cham; Kush, and Mitsrayim, Put, and Kena`an.
9 And the sons of Kush; Ceva, and Chaviylah, and Cavta, and Ra`amah, and Cavteka. And the sons of Ra`amah; Sheva, and Dedan.
10 And Kush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty upon the earth.
11 And Mitsrayim begat Ludiy, and Anamiym, and Lehaviym, and Naphtuchiym,
12 And Pathruciym, and Kacluchiym, (of whom came the Pelishtiym,) and Kaphtoriym.
13 And Kena`an begat Tsiydon his firstborn, and Cheth,
14 The Yevuciy also, and the Emoriy, and the Girgashiy,
15 And the Chivviy, and the Arqiy, and the Ciynai,
16 And the Arvadiy, and the Tsemariy, and the Chamathiy.
17 The sons of Shem; Eylam, and Ashshur, and Arpakshad, and Ludiy, and Aram, and Uts, and Chul, and Gether, and Meshek.
18 And Arpakshad begat Shelach, and Shelach begat Eber.
19 And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother's name was Yoqtan.
20 And Yoqtan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Chatsarmaveth, and Yerach,
21 Hadoram also, and Uzal, and Diqlah,
22 And Eyval, and Aviyma'el, and Sheva,
23 And Ophiyr, and Chaviylah, and Yovav. All these were the sons of Yoqtan.
24 Shem, Arpakshad, Shelach,
25 Eber, Peleg, Re'u,
26 Serug, Nachor, Terach,
27 Avram; the same is Avraham.
28 The sons of Avraham; Yitschaq, and Yishma'el.
29 These are their generations: The firstborn of Yishma'el, Nevayoth; then Qedar, and Adbe'el, and Mivsam,
30 Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Chadad, and Teyma,
31 Yetur, Naphiysh, and Qedemah. These are the sons of Yishma'el.
32 Now the sons of Qeturah, Avraham's concubine: she bore Zimran, and Yoqshan, and Medan, and Midyan, and Yishbaq, and Shuach. And the sons of Yoqshan; Sheva, and Dedan.
33 And the sons of Midyan; Eyphah, and Epher, and Chanok, and Aviyda, and Elda`ah. All these are the sons of Qeturah.
34 And Avraham begat Yitschaq. The sons of Yitschaq; Esau and Yashar'el.
35 The sons of Esau; Eliyphaz, Re'u'el, and Ye`iysh, and Ya`alam, and Qorach.
36 The sons of Eliyphaz; Teyman, and Omar, Tsepho, and Ga'tam, Qenaz, and Timna, and Amaleq.
37 The sons of Re'u'el; Nachath, Zerach, Shammah, and Mizzah.
38 And the sons of Se'iyr; Lotan, and Shoval, and Tsiv'on, and Anah, and Diyshon, and Etser, and Diyshan.
39 And the sons of Lotan; Choriy, and Homam: and Timna was Lotan's sister.
40 The sons of Shoval; Alyan, and Manachath, and Eyval, Shephiy, and Onam. And the sons of Tsiv'on; Ayah, and Anah.
41 The sons of Anah; Diyshon. And the sons of Diyshon; Amram, and Eshban, and Yithran, and Cheran.
42 The sons of Etser; Bilhan, and Za`avan, and Ya`aqan. The sons of Diyshan; Uts, and Aran.
43 Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Yashar'el; Bela the son of Be'or: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
44 And when Bela was dead, Yovav the son of Zerach of Botsrah reigned in his stead.
45 And when Yovav was dead, Chusham of the land of the Teymaniym reigned in his stead.
46 And when Chusham was dead, Hadad the son of Bedad, which smote Midyan in the field of Mo'av, reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Aviyth.
47 And when Hadad was dead, Samlah of Masreqah reigned in his stead.
48 And when Samlah was dead, Sha'ul of Rechovoth by the river reigned in his stead.
49 And when Sha'ul was dead, Ba`al Chanan the son of Akbor reigned in his stead.
50 And when Ba`al Chanan was dead, Hadad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Pa`u; and his woman's name was Meheytav'el, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mey Zahav.
51 Hadad died also. And the dukes of Edom were; duke Timna, duke Alyah, duke Yetheth,
52 Duke Oholiyvamah, duke Elah, duke Piynon,
53 Duke Qenaz, duke Teyman, duke Mivtsar,
54 Duke Magdiy'el, duke Iyram. These are the dukes of Edom.
