Expulsar-te-ão de entre os homens para te fazer habitar com os animais do campo; pastarás ervas como os bois e serás molhado pelo orvalho do céu. Sete tempos passarão sobre ti, até que reconheças o domínio do Altíssimo sobre a realeza humana o qual a confere a quem lhe apraz.

Expulsar-te-ão de entre os homens, e com os animais dos campos será a tua morada. Alimentar-te-ás de erva como os bois e serás banhado pelo orvalho do céu. Passarão, enfim, sete tempos sobre ti, até que tenhas aprendido que o Altíssimo domina sobre o reino dos homens e ele o dá a quem lhe apraz.
