Por este motivo a lei e o direito se enfraquecem e a justiça nunca prevalece. Os ímpios prejudicam e extorquem os justos, e assim a justiça é pervertida!

Por isso a lei é frouxa, e a justiça nunca se manifesta; pois o ímpio cerca o justo, e assim a justiça distorcida prossegue.

A lei não é cumprida, e nem nos tribunais se faz justiça pois os perversos são muito mais numerosos que os justos. O que manda é o dinheiro dado "por fora" e a desonestidade.
