Roguei então ao SENHOR: ‘Yahweh, ó Eterno, meu SENHOR! Não destruas o teu povo, a tua herança! Tu o resgataste com a tua grandeza; tu o libertaste e o fizeste sair do Egito com braço forte!

Portanto orei diante do Senhor, e disse: Ó Senhor Deus, não destruas o teu povo e a tua herança, que resgataste com a tua grandeza, que trouxeste do Egito com mão forte.

I prayed to ADONAI ; I said, ‘Adonai ELOHIM ! Don’t destroy your people, your inheritance! You redeemed them through your greatness, you brought them out of Egypt with a strong hand!
