Tinha resolvido atirar para o campo os corpos dos judeus e dos seus filhos, para serem comidos pelos animais selvagens e pelos pássaros, pois achava que os judeus não mereciam ser enterrados. Mas agora declaro que os judeus terão os mesmos direitos que os moradores de Atenas.
