Now when Apollonius the son of Menestheus was sent into Egypt for the coronation of king Ptolemeus Philometor, Antiochus, understanding him not to be well affected to his affairs, provided for his own safety: whereupon he came to Joppa, and from thence to Jerusalem:

Now when [33] Apollonius the son of Menestheus was sent into Egypt for the [34] enthronement of [35] Ptolemy Philometor as king, Antiochus, learning that Ptolemy had shewn himself ill affected toward his state, took thought for the security of his realm; wherefore, going by sea to [36] Joppa, he travelled on to Jerusalem.
