Be not ashamed to inform the unwise and foolish, and the extreme aged that contendeth with those that are young: thus shalt thou be truly learned, and approved of all men living.

Be not ashamed to instruct the unwise and foolish, [9] And one of extreme old age that contendeth with those that are young;And so shalt thou be well instructed indeed, And approved in the sight of every man living.

Abstain thou from the teaching of an unwitty man, and fool, and of elder men that be deemed of (or by the) young men; and thou shalt be learned in all things, and thou shalt be commendable in the sight of all men.
