And therefore the place itself, that was partaker with them of the adversity that happened to the nation, did afterward communicate in the benefits sent from the Lord: and as it was forsaken in the wrath of the Almighty, so again, the great Lord being reconciled, it was set up with all glory.

Wherefore also the place itself, having partaken in the calamities that befell the nation, did afterward share in its benefits; [36] and the place which was forsaken in the wrath of the Almighty was, at [37] the reconciliation of [38] the great Sovereign, restored again with all glory.

foi por isso que aquele, depois de ter participado dos males do povo, teve em seguida parte com ele nos favores divinos e, desamparado no tempo da cólera, foi restaurado com toda a sua glória por ocasião da reconciliação com o soberano Senhor.

Foi por isso que o Lugar, havendo participado nas desgraças acontecidas ao povo, tomou parte depois em suas venturas. E, abandonado enquanto durou a cólera do Todo-poderoso, novamente, pela reconciliação do grande Soberano, foi restaurado em toda a sua glória.
