Thus was he bold to call him a traitor, that had deserved well of the city, and tendered his own nation, and was so zealous of the laws.

And him that was [3] the benefactor of the city, and the guardian of his fellow-countrymen, and a zealot for the laws, he dared to call [4] a conspirator against the state.
