Thus him, that lately came with a great train and with all his guard into the said treasury, they carried out, being unable to help himself with his weapons: and manifestly they acknowledged the power of God.

And carried him, [38] him that had just now entered with a great train and all his guard into [39] the aforesaid treasury, himself now brought to utter helplessness, manifestly made to recognise the sovereignty of God.

E ele, que vinha para penetrar no mencionado tesouro com uma escolta numerosa e guardas pessoais, incapaz de se ajudar a si mesmo, foi levado por pessoas que reconheciam o manifesto poder de Deus.

Assim, reconhecendo abertamente a soberania de Deus, levaram para fora aquele que, pouco antes, com numeroso séquito e com toda a sua guarda de corpo, havia penetrado na referida câmara do tesouro, e agora estava reduzido à incapacidade de ajudar-se a si mesmo.
