Moreover I freely set at liberty every one of the Jews, that were carried captives out of the land of Judea into any part of my kingdom, and I will that all my officers remit the tributes even of their cattle.

[32] And every soul of the Jews, that hath been carried captive from the land of Judah into any part of my kingdom, I set at liberty without price; and let all remit the tributes of their cattle also.

Concedo gratuitamente a liberdade a todo cidadão judeu, em cativeiro no meu reino e todos serão isentos de impostos, mesmo sobre seus rebanhos.

A todo judeu levado cativo da terra de Judá para qualquer parte do meu reino, restituo a liberdade, sem que precise pagar resgate. Quero que todos estejam isentos dos impostos, também sobre seu gado.
