For he created all things, that they might have their being: and the generations of the world were healthful; and there is no poison of destruction in them, nor the kingdom of death upon the earth:

For he created all things that they might have being: [25] And [26] the generative powers of the world are healthsome,And there is no poison of destruction in them: Nor hath Hades [27] royal dominion upon earth,

Ele criou tudo para a existência, e as criaturas do mundo devem cooperar para a salvação. Nelas nenhum princípio é funesto, e a morte não é a rainha da terra,

Tudo criou para que subsista;[p] são salutares as criaturas do mundo: nelas não há veneno de morte, e o Hades[q] não reina sobre a terra.

For why God made (out) of nought all things, that those should be; and he made the nations of the world able to be healed. For why medicine of destroying is not in those men, neither the realm of hells is in (the) earth. [Forsooth God made, that all things were; and able to health he made the nations of the roundness of lands. Forsooth there is not in them leeching of destruction, nor the realm of hell is in the earth.]
