For he doth scourge, and hath mercy: he leadeth down to hell, and bringeth up again: neither is there any that can avoid his hand.

[1] For he scourgeth, and sheweth mercy:He leadeth down to [2] the grave, and bringeth up again: And there is none that shall escape his hand.
