A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left.

[1] As is the judge of his people, so are his ministers;And as is the ruler of the city, such are all they that dwell therein.

Tal o juiz do povo, tais os seus ministros; tal o governador da cidade, tais os seus habitantes.
