4 For with them we shall burn them up, and their mountains [12]shall be drunken with their blood, and their plains [13]shall be filled with their dead bodies, and their footsteps shall not stand before us, but they shall surely perish, saith king Nebuchadnezzar, [14]lord of all the earth: for he said, The words that [15]I have spoken shall not be in vain.
4 Assim aprenderás que Nabucodonosor é o Senhor de toda a terra. A espada de meus soldados entrar-te-á pelos flancos e cairás transpassado no meio dos feridos de Israel; não respirarás mais, senão para ser exterminado com eles.
4 Nós os queimaremos todos juntos. Seus montes embriagar-se-ão com o sangue deles, e suas planícies ficarão repletas de seus cadáveres. O rasto de seus pés não se manterá firme diante de nós, mas perecerão todos, diz o rei Nabucodonosor, o rei de toda a terra. Porque ele disse, e suas palavras não se tornarão vãs.
4 and thou shalt prove, that Nebuchadnezzar is lord of all (the) earth; and then the sword of my chivalry shall pass through thy sides, and thou shalt be pierced, and thou shalt fall among the wounded men of Israel, and thou shalt no more breath again, till thou be destroyed with them. [and thou shalt prove, for Nebuchadnezzar be lord of all earth; and then the sword of my knighthood shall pass through thy sides, and sticked thou shalt fall among the wounded men of Israel, and thou shalt no more take breath, to the time that thou be put out of the land with them.]
4 and thou shalt prove, that Nebu-chadnezzar is lord of all earth; and then the sword of my chivalry shall pass through thy sides, and thou shalt be pierced, and thou shalt fall among the wounded men of Israel, and thou shalt no more breathe again [or thou shalt no more take breath], till thou be destroyed with them.
4 For with them we will tread them under foot, and their mountains shall be drunken with their blood, and their fields shall be filled with their dead bodies, and their footsteps shall not be able to stand before us, for they shall utterly perish, says King Nevukadne'tstsar, adoniy of all the earth: for he said, None of my words shall be in vain.
