And who art thou, [4] Achior, and [5] the hirelings of [6] Ephraim, that thou hast prophesied among us as to-day, and hast said, that we should not make war with the race of Israel, [7] because their God will defend them? [8] And who is God but Nebuchadnezzar?

Já que nos predisseste que a nação de Israel será defendida por seu Deus, vou mostrar-te que não há outro deus fora de Nabucodonosor:

"Quem, pois, és tu, Aquior, e os mercenários de Efraim, que profetizas entre nós, como hoje, e dizes para não guerrearmos contra a raça de Israel, porque o Deus deles os protegerá? Quem é deus além de Nabucodonosor? Este enviará sua força e os exterminará da face da terra, e o Deus deles não os salvará.
