And Holofernes said unto her, Woman, be of good comfort, fear not in thy heart: for I never hurt any that hath chosen to serve Nebuchadnezzar, [1] the king of all the earth.

Então Holofernes disse-lhe: Tranqüiliza-te! Não temas em teu coração, pois nunca fiz mal algum a quem estivesse pronto a servir o rei Nabucodonosor.

Disse-lhe Holofernes: "Confia, mulher, não temas em teu coração! Jamais maltratei homem algum que escolheu servir a Nabucodonosor, rei de toda a terra.
