O ye men, is not wine the strongest, that enforceth to do thus? And when he had so spoken, he held his peace.

O sirs, is not wine the strongest, seeing that it enforceth to do thus? And when he had so spoken, he held his peace.

O men! whether wine is not (sur)passingly strong, that thus constraineth men to do? And this thing said, he held his peace.
